Watch Toyah & Robert Fripp revist Steppenwolf’s “Born to Be Wild”

Toyah and Robert Fripp have been revisiting their 2020 run of Sunday Lunch episodes that featured masked mysterio Sidney Jake. This week it’s their kitchen performance of Steppenwolf’s 1968 classic “Born To Be Wild” which many cite to be the first ever utterance of the phrase “heavy metal” in a song. Toyah sings atop an exercise bike…and then things do Watch that, complete with “bonus footage” at the end, things do get pretty wild. And wet.
