Aventure Aviation has acquired its twenty-fifth Boeing 737NG airframe, 737-800 MSN 35825. Last operated by Brazil's GOL Airlines, the aircraft will be dismantled at Ascent Aviation Services in Tucson, Arizona.

"This 737NG marks our first teardown of 2025," said Andrew Crombie, Aventure's director of asset management. "With a lack of teardown assets available due to continued OEM and supply chain challenges, this will further strengthen our standing as a top-tier 737NG parts supplier."

"Aventure continues to build its unique global aviation investment platform for investors and leasing companies," said Aventure President Talha Faruqi.

"With our experience in teardowns, we have solutions to deploy capital, provide asset management services, and material consignments for stakeholders," continued Faruqi. "We continue to see inquiries from investors looking for options in diversifying their portfolios."

Aventure is in active discussions with owners, financial institutions, lessors, and airlines to find revenue-generating teardown solutions for idle aircraft.

Aventure Aviation will attend the MRO Americas taking place April 8–10, 2025 in Atlanta, Georgia. Representatives will be available to discuss parts supply solutions with airlines, and seek synergies with MRO shops to assist in the significant number of parts Aventure is outsourcing for refurbishment.
