Netflix has revealed an official trailer for an animal documentary film titled Pangolin: Kulu's Journey, made by filmmaker Pippa Ehrlich. She previously co-directed the Academy Award-winning documentary film My Octopus Teacher, which I was a huge fan of when it originally premiered in 2020. This new doc is about a guy rescuing a baby pangolin and the challenge of releasing him back into the wild. Set for release streaming on Netflix starting in April in just a month from now. A man discovers a new purpose in his life helping rescue a stolen baby pangolin, one of the most trafficked animals in the world, in South Africa. He dedicates himself to rehabilitating the endangered animal for release back into the wild. The doc Pangolin: Kulu's Journey is a poignant exploration of the connection between humans and the creatures we share our world with.
