New Trailer for ‘Ballerina’ Puts Ana de Armas and Keanu Reeves on a Violent Collision Course

The franchise’s first spinoff movie, From the World of John Wick: Ballerina will release in theaters June 6, 2025, and the brand new trailer has been released by Lionsgate today.

The spinoff takes place DURING the events of John Wick: Chapter 3 – Parabellum.

Ana de Armas plays Eve Macarro, who is beginning her training in the assassin traditions of the Ruska Roma. The film’s cast also includes Anjelica Huston, Gabriel Byrne, Lance Reddick, Catalina Sandino Moreno, Norman Reedus, with Ian McShane and Keanu Reeves.

Len Wiseman (Underworld, “Swamp Thing”) directed the upcoming Ballerina, with Shay Hatten (John Wick: Chapter 3) tasked with writing the new spinoff movie’s screenplay.

The growing John Wick Cinematic Universe also includes The Continental: From the World of John Wick, a spinoff television series that premiered on Peacock back in late 2023.
