Wyndham Rewards Buy Points Up To 80% Bonus Through April 15, 2025

Wyndham Rewards has launched a points sale as part of its Member Month, offering up to an 80% bonus for purchases made until April 15, 2025.

Members were previously able to buy 60,000 points in a calendar year, but this has been raised to 200,000 points for the duration of this campaign (before bonus).

The price of a point under this sale varies depending on your targeted offer. The price during the most recent previous sale was 0.72 US cents each.

Conclusion

Wyndham Rewards recently abandoned its flat 15,000-points-per-night award pricing structure. Instead, hotels now require 7,500/15,000/30,000 or more points per night.

Buying points can make sense if you can use them at a hotel when the paid rates are high while award inventory still exists.

Between March 19, 2025, 12:00:01 am ET and April 15, 2025, 11:59:59 pm ET (the “Promotion Period”), Wyndham Rewards members who purchase at least three thousand (3,000) Wyndham Rewards points in a single transaction through points.com are eligible to receive a bonus. This bonus amount is randomly assigned to Wyndham Rewards members upon being prompted to login to their Wyndham Rewards account. In this case, the bonus is an award of additional Wyndham Rewards points in an amount equal to fifty percent (50%) of a Blue or Gold Wyndham Rewards member’s underlying point purchase and sixty percent (60%) of a Platinum or Diamond Wyndham Rewards member’s underlying point purchase (the additional points earned by any Member pursuant to this offer, the “Bonus”). Purchases of fewer than 3,000 points in a single transaction will not qualify for a Bonus. For the duration of this Promotion Period, the annual limit on Wyndham Rewards points purchases through points.com has been raised from a total of 100,000 Wyndham Rewards points (the “Standard Limit”) to a total of 200,000 Wyndham Rewards points (the “Increased Limit”). A Bonus does count toward the Increased Limit but does not count toward the Standard Limit. The Increased Limit will expire simultaneously with the Promotion Period, at which time the Standard Limit will again come into effect for the remainder of the 2025 calendar year.
