CDFG unveils CDF Health wellness concept and new brand collaborations at Sanya gathering
At the key gathering, CDFG unveiled over 80 curated products, including customised editions, limited releases, and exclusive collaborations, alongside the debut of its proprietary brand ‘CDF Health’.


CHINA. The vital importance of brand partnerships was underlined at the China Duty Free Group (CDFG) 2025 Global Brands Meeting held in Sanya, Hainan province earlier this month with the unveiling of several new collaborations. The travel retailer also launched a key new wellness concept called CDF Health.
At the event, attended by The Moodie Davitt Report Chief China Representative Zhang Yimei, CDFG was joined by more than 220 brands, including international giants such as Burberry, Cartier, Omega, Saint Laurent, Apple, Huawei, Moutai, Edrington, Clarins, The Estée Lauder Companies, L’Oréal Group, LVMH Beauty, La Prairie, P&G and Shiseido, alongside rising China-chic brands such as Giant Biogene, Bloomage Biotech and Florasis.

In a key development, CDFG said it is leveraging its global supply chain and quality control systems to transition from distributor to brand creator with the launch of CDF Health.
CDF Health, “rooted in responsibility, trust and cultural confidence”, debuted during Chinese New Year with 14 best-selling wellness products, blending tradition with modern innovation to deliver what the travel retailer called premium, accessible health solutions.
