FLEXIBLE RATE

Cancellation/Modification: No penalty applies until 11:59 p.m. the day before guests’ arrival at the hotel for in-person check-in. After this period, the hotel will charge the first night as a penalty if the guest does not cancel within the indicated timeframe. Additional restrictions may apply in some countries/hotels (see conditions when selecting the hotel, room, and/or finalizing your reservation).

Online Reservations: Reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card at the time of online reservation. The same card used at the time of online reservation must be presented upon arrival at the hotel to guarantee payment for the full stay. Failure to present this card may result in cancellation or invalidity of the reservation.

NON-FLEXIBLE RATE

Payment: The reservation is guaranteed with a valid credit card, and payment will be taken at the hotel upon check-in, unless online payment is permitted in the country/hotel of purchase.

Online Reservations and Payment in Brazil: Available for select hotels in Brazil, for prepaid rates with Elo, Visa, and Mastercard cards issued in Brazil, including for foreigners and/or non-residents who meet the country/hotel requirements.
