Marcolin and Max Mara extend eyewear licensing agreement to 2032
The extension follows the January 2024 renewal of the MAX&Co. Eyewear line deal, deepening Marcolin’s collaboration with the Max Mara Fashion Group.

Global eyewear company Marcolin and Italian fashion house Max Mara have announced the renewal of their licensing agreement. The agreement is for the design, production and global distribution of Max Mara-branded sunglasses and optical frames. It will now run through to 31 December 2032.
The renewal underscores the continued strength of the partnership between the two companies. It reinforces a longstanding collaboration built on shared values of quality, craftsmanship and contemporary elegance, the partners said.
The Max Mara eyewear collections – encompassing both sunglasses and optical frames – reflect the house’s distinctive aesthetic. Max Mara is known for refined geometric silhouettes and the interplay of textures and colour across its fashion and accessories lines.
The agreement follows a previous extension signed in January 2024 for the MAX&Co. Eyewear line, further cementing the relationship between Marcolin and the Max Mara Group.
