More Avengers: Doomsday Casting Rumors Including Tom Holland And Halle Berry | Barside Buzz

We have some more Barside Buzz around Avengers: Doomsday casting rumors including Tom Holland and Halle Berry. Of course, this follows the recent announcement of the Avengers: Doomsday cast last week. There’s been a lot of talk around some missing names, perhaps Tom Holland’s absence first and foremost.

However, despite Jeff Sneider recently saying Spider-Man: Brand New Day is set concurrently with Doomsday, insider Daniel RPK has a different claim. Daniel says they wanted to mark the beginning of production (not filming) by announcing the cast which has signed on the dotted line for Doomsday. However, the insider claims other stars are still in negotiations to appear, including both Tom Holland and original live-action Storm, Halle Berry. He also says that though sets are being built, filming hasn’t actually started on Doomsday with live actors.

If there’s still cast negotiations happening, they can’t have a finalised script. Even if 90% is there, there going to be some fluctuations. Any of the actors could reject the chance to come back, or ask for too much money.

I guess we could expect to see even more added to this Doomsday cast then? Berry returning, given who else is all back makes a lot of sense. However, there was also that rumor from Jeff Sneider that Holland was not in Doomsday because Spider-Man: Brand New Day is set at the same time as the events of Doomsday. I guess we will have to wait and see who is right as this story develops.
