Badass Trailer For New STAR WARS Animated Series TALES OF THE UNDERWORLD with Cad Bane and Asajj Ventress
Lucasfilm & Disney+ have released the full trailer for the new Star Wars animated series Tales of the Underworld, the next anthology series that’s set within the Star Wars universe. This series looks freakin’ awesome! These Star Wars animated shows feature some of the strongest storytelling in the Star Wars universe, and I wish all of the live-action could reach that level of greatness."On May 4, return to a galaxy outside the law." The series consists of six shorts and two fan-favorite villains are returning with Cad Bane and Asajj Ventress. The series follows “two notorious bounty hunters: former dark side assassin Asajj Ventress as she’s given a new chance at life and must go on the run with an unexpected new ally, and outlaw Cad Bane as he faces his past when he confronts an old friend, now a marshal on the other side of the law.”Tales of the Underworld stars returning voice actors Nika Futterman as Asajj Ventress and Corey Burton as Cad Bane, along with Artt Butler, Lane Factor, AJ LoCascio, Clare Grant, Dawn-Lyen Gardner, and Eric Lopez. I love wathcing these animated projects because the creative teams have a lot of freedom to play with fun and cool story ideas. The series was created by Dave Filoni and he also serves as supervising director on this. Matt Michnovetz is a writer on the show and it was produced by Alex Spotswood.
