ASIA PACIFIC. Moët Hennessy Travel Retail has introduced the Hennessy X.O Spirit of Travel Collection, a travel retail-exclusive series featuring destination themed decanters. It is available in select locations until the end of April.

This collection takes inspiration from key Asia Pacific destinations, including Singapore, Hainan, Macau, Hong Kong and Taipei – regions that have long been a ‘cultural home-from-home’ for Hennessy and X.O.

Between 13 February and 31 March, the Hennessy X.O Spirit of Travel pop-up at Singapore Changi Airport offered travellers exclusive tastings and a photo print experience.

The Hennessy X.O Spirit of Travel Collection highlights the landmarks, cultural heritage and artistic significance of these destinations. Each edition comes with a bespoke decanter and a leather luggage tag embossed with architectural elements specific to its featured location.

The limited-edition decanters emphasise the brand’s legacy and the spirit of exploration

The Hainan edition features a luggage tag inspired by the island’s modern skyline and skyscrapers. For Singapore, the design reflects the city’s waterfront, with influences from the Esplanade Theatres.

The Hong Kong decanter is inspired by the Bank of China Tower, while Macau’s design references the bold contours of the Morpheus Tower.

The Taipei edition draws from the Tao Zhu Yin Yuan tower’s organic curves, symbolising sustainability and modern design.

Reinforcing Hennessy’s commitment to responsible luxury, the decanters are encased in fully recyclable protective cases made from 100% paper pulp.

Each X.O Spirit of Travel decanter is positioned as a collector’s item, available solely in its designated market.

Inspired by cities such as Paris, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Hainan, Singapore, Taipei, Hong Kong and Macau, the collection reflects a strong sense of place.

The detachable leather luggage tag allows owners to personalise their bottle and travel accessories. A tote bag, designed to match the identity of each destination, is also offered as a gift with purchase.

Singapore Changi Airport passengers could capture a souvenir photobooth strip at the Hennessy activation

Moët Hennessy Travel Retail noted: “Since its creation in 1870 by third-generation Master Blender Émile Fillioux, Hennessy X.O has epitomised craftsmanship, heritage and refinement.

“As the first Cognac to bear the Extra Old (X.O) classification, it is celebrated for its bold, multifaceted character – a harmonious composition of candied fruits, spices and dark chocolate.

“The Spirit of Travel Collection reinterprets this legacy, offering a sophisticated tribute to adventure and cultural appreciation.” ✈
