WU LYF announce first shows since 2012

Okay, it’s official: WU LYF are back! After teasing their return last week, the UK indie/art rock band have just announced their first shows since 2012. They’re playing three nights in Manchester, UK this April, followed by festivals in Brussels and France. No US dates yet, but let’s hope. Ticket info here.

As a refresher, WU LYF released one very buzzed-about (and very good) album, 2011’s Go Tell Fire to the Mountain, before cutting their career short. Since then, vocalist Ellery James Roberts went on to form the band Lost Under Heaven (aka LUH), who existed for 12 years before putting out their final song last month. Other members formed Los Porcos, Francis Lung, and Dream Lovers.
