Get ready for Grand celebration, NBC honors the 100th anniversary of the Grand Ole Opry on March 19 with a live telecast featuring dozens of country legends and superstars. The three-hour telecast for “Opry 100: A Live Celebration” will feature live performances, tributes and special appearances, and the whole star-studded affair is hosted by “The Voice” alum Blake Shelton.
“Becoming a member of the Opry is a highlight of my life and career, and 15 years later I still get that same feeling of reverence and excitement every time I walk out on that stage,” Shelton said in the event announcement. “The Grand Ole Opry has been connecting the country music family for 100 years, and I’m so proud to be part of this historic celebration.”
Live from the Grand Ole Opry and the historic Ryman Auditorium in Nashville, Tennessee, the special event promises to deliver a jam-packed lineup of some of the biggest names in country music, including Clint Black, Garth Brooks, Kelsea Ballerini, Reba McEntire, Keith Urban, Trace Adkins, Trisha Yearwood, Post Malone and many more.

Who is performing at “Opry 100”?
You can pack a lot of performances into a three-hour celebration, and the announced lineup of performers includes Opry members Ashley McBryde, Blake Shelton, Brad Paisley, Carly Pearce, Carrie Underwood, Clint Black, Dierks Bentley, Garth Brooks, Kelsea Ballerini, Lainey Wilson, Luke Combs, Marty Stuart, Reba McEntire, Trace Adkins, Trisha Yearwood, Vince Gill, a special appearance from Randy Travis, as well as some of the Opry’s fan favorites, including Amy Grant, Eric Church, Jelly Roll and The War and Treaty.
But that’s not all! Some more recently announced names are joining the “Opry 100” lineup. That list includes Alan Jackson, Alison Krauss & Union Station, Jamey Johnson, Keith Urban, Post Malone, Ricky Skaggs, Steven Curtis Chapman, Terri Clark, Travis Tritt and Yolanda Adams to the roster of performers, with additional appearances by the Opry’s long-standing members Bill Anderson, Chris Janson, Dustin Lynch, Jeannie Seely, Lauren Alaina and Sara Evans, and Scotty McCreery.
As for what’s on the lineup, Reba McEntire will deliver a tribute to Patsy Cline and Loretta Lynn, Jelly Roll and Ashley McBryde honor legendary country couple Johnny Cash and June Carter Cash, Garth Brooks and Trisha Yearwood are set to honor George Jones and Tammy Wynette, and Carly Pearce will pay homage to Dolly Parton. You can also expect a celebration of ’90s country hits with a nostalgic medley from Blake Shelton, Trace Adkins and Clint Black.
