5-Minute “Superman” Clip With “Minecraft”?

The next glimpse at James Gunn’s “Superman” may be coming next week.

Rumors emerged yesterday that a five-minute preview of the film will be attached to IMAX screenings of “A Minecraft Movie” in Thailand when the latter film opens there next Thursday (April 3rd).

Social media postings since then appear to confirm the reports, claiming Thailand theater chains are already announcing the exclusive first look.

It has led to the obvious question as to whether the clip will be attached in a similar way in other countries including the U.S., U.K., Australia and the like. That hasn’t been confirmed yet.

The film’s next trailer is expected to be released next Tuesday during Warner Bros. Pictures’ CinemaCon presentation on the evening of April 1st.

It’s quite possible a new regular-length trailer will go online around that time and attached to regular copies of “A Minecraft Movie,” while the extended five-minute preview will be held exclusively for IMAX cinemas.
