Wand’s Cory Hanson announces new solo album & tour, shares “Bird on a Swing”

Wand‘s Cory Hanson will release his fourth solo album, I Love People, on July 25 via Drag City. He made it with the current lineup of Wand as his backing band: Robbie Cody on guitars and co-producing duty, Evan Backer on bass, and Evan Burrows on drums and percussion, plus a half dozen or so special contributors on strings, brass and woodwinds.

The first single from the album is the soulful and lightly twangy “Bird on a Swing,” and you can watch the video for that below.
