‘The Ritual’ Trailer – Dan Stevens & Al Pacino Adapt True Horror Story That Inspired ‘The Exorcist’

The true story that inspired horror classic The Exorcist comes to the screen in The Ritual from XYZ Films, and the official trailer has been unleashed this morning. Watch it below.

Al Pacino and Dan Stevens head into the exorcism arena for the upcoming horror movie The Ritual, which will be released exclusively in movie theaters on June 6, 2025.

Two priests, one questioning his faith (Stevens) and one reckoning with a troubled past (Pacino), must put aside their differences to save a possessed young woman through a difficult and dangerous series of exorcisms.
