Tasa Meng reinforces sustainability commitment with tree-planting programme in Taipei
One of many activities supported by the Tasa Meng Education Foundation, the tree-planting programme aims to encourage the community to take an active role in protecting the planet.

Tasa Meng has teamed up with government and non-profit organisations in a tree-planting programme in Taipei last week (25 March).
The activity, organised in collaboration with Taipei’s Shilin District Yangming Village Office and the Taiwan Chilin Ecological & Cultural Restoration Association, includes employee volunteer participation from the company.
This tree-planting initiative sought to promote environmental stewardship and encourage the community to take an active role in protecting the planet.
The event, held at the historic Chung-Shan Building, featured the planting of cinnamomum kanehirae, a unique species native to Taiwan.
With strong support from the officers of the Chung-Shan Building, the event also highlighted the importance of preserving the island’s natural heritage.
The tree-planting programme is one of many activities supported by the Tasa Meng Education Foundation, which focuses on both the arts and the environment and supports local charities.
Tasa Meng General Manager Gary Chau said, “Through this tree-planting initiative, we hope to bring positive change to society and inspire everyone to work together to protect our Earth. The success of this tree-planting event would not have been possible without the enthusiasm and efforts of colleagues.”
