Sherri Shepherd will continue hosting her daytime talk show for another season.

“Sherri” has been renewed for a fourth season by Lionsgate’s Debmar-Mercury airing in the 2025-26 TV season, the company announced Thursday. The syndicated show will air in more than 95% of the U.S., including across broadcast groups Fox television stations, Nexstar, Hearst, Sinclair, Gray, Tegna and Sunbeam.

“Sherri” just wrapped up an impressive February, with the daytime talker ranking as the No. 2 highest rated syndicated talk show in the key daytime demo among women 25-54, according to Nielsen’s metered markets, growing 33% from November 2024. “Sherri” was the No. 3 most-watched national talk show in February — up 17% when compared to November — and even scored a season-high rating during the week of Feb. 17.

“I don’t take it for granted that people welcome me into their homes daily. I work so hard to bring escapism to viewers’ lives through joy, laughter and inspiration, and I’m grateful that the audience has embraced what we do,” Shepherd said in a statement. “I look forward to raising the bar and turning up the volume as we plan for our season four return.”

Debmar-Mercury distributes “Sherri,” which is currently cleared in 98% of the U.S. The daytime talk show is taped at New York City’s Chelsea Studios in front of a live studio audience.

“’Sherri’ will continue to provide stations with the quality original first-run daily programming they need to succeed in daytime,” Debmar-Mercury co-presidents Ira Bernstein and Mort Marcus said. “Over the past three seasons, the show has proven its value to stations and advertisers, with Sherri Shepherd as the only single-host comedian on daytime TV able to deliver her audience a much-needed daily dose of laughs. We thank our great broadcast partners for continuing to make ‘Sherri’ a foundational element of their lineups.”

“‘The Sherri Shepherd Show’ remains a lynchpin of our daytime lineup,” Fox Television Stations EVP of Programming Frank Cicha said. “We’re very happy to be bringing it back.”
