Full Trailer: A24’s “Bring Her Back”

A24 has premiered the full-length trailer for the Australian horror thriller “Bring Her Back” which hails from “Talk To Me” directors Danny and Michael Philippou.

The story follows a brother and sister who uncover a terrifying ritual at the secluded home of their new foster mother (Sally Hawkins). Further plot specifics are under wraps but found footage of a sinister ceremony seems to be key to the film.

Billy Barratt, Stephen Phillips, Sally-Anne Upton, Jonah Wren Phillips, Olga Miller, Mischa Heywood, Liam Damons, Alina Bellchambers co-star.

Danny Philippou and Bill Hinzman co-wrote the screenplay while Samantha Jennings (“Cargo”) and Kristina Ceyton (“The Babadook”) produce. The film was shot in Adelaide in June and July last year.

The pair revealed this week that the film is 95% complete and is just awaiting ‘final touches’ in sound design and music.

“Bring Her Back” is currently scheduled to arrive in theaters on May 30th.
