I checked a few rates, and it seems that the ALL member rate is discounted by 25% under this sale, but Accor’s luxury brands are excluded.

FLEXIBLE RATE

• Cancellation/Modification: no penalty until 11:59 p.m. on the day before the guest arrives at the hotel for in-person check-in. After this period, the hotel will charge the first night’s stay as a penalty if the guest does not cancel by the indicated deadline. Additional restrictions may apply in some countries (see conditions when selecting the hotel, room and/or finalizing your reservation).

• Online Reservations: Reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card at the time of your online reservation. The same card used at the time of the online reservation must be presented upon arrival at the hotel to guarantee payment for the full stay. Failure to present the aforementioned card may result in cancellation of the reservation and non-compliance with the reservation.

Online installments: Available for selected hotels in Brazil.

NON-FLEXIBLE TARIFF

• Payment: the total amount of accommodation must be paid at the time of booking.

• Online installments: Available for selected hotels in Brazil, for prepaid rates with Elo, Visa and Mastercard cards issued in Brazil. Check if the hotel of your choice offers this payment option.

• Cancellation/Modification/Rebooking: In case of cancellation or modification, the amount paid will not be refundable. Please note that a change in the period or duration of your reservation may result in a change in the rate.
