Ultra-Violent FPS ‘PIGFACE’ Sees You as a Contract Killer Out for Revenge [Trailer]

DreadXP has another ultra-violent first-person shooter for gamers, thanks to solo developer titolovesyou’s PIGFACE. Initially demonstrated as a combat demo on the game’s itch.io page, the full version will be released to Steam, featuring numerous missions, weapons, armor, and equipment. And for PAX East attendees, DreadXP will have a brand new demo at the convention.

PIGFACE casts players as Exit, a terrible woman who has done terrible things and now it’s time to do worse things for someone even more terrible than you. However, they know what you’ve done, and they don’t mind using blackmail to turn you into their gun-for-hire. As you wake up in an abandoned warehouse covered in your own blood, you hear a phone ring from across the room. They’ve just called to let you know that they’ve drilled a bomb into your head, and now they have a job for you.

As a result, you must complete contracts for those holding you hostage. Using whatever is available to you, be it shotguns, rifles, pistols, hammers, landmines, or grenades, you just have to get the job done. To help in your endeavours, you can unlock and use a variety of masks à la Hotline Miami, each granting you a different set of abilities to allow you to tailor the experience to your gameplay style. All the while, you must work towards getting close to whoever’s pulling the strings.
