“Superman” Full Trailer Arrives Wednesday

Warner Bros. Pictures has confirmed that the full trailer for James Gunn’s “Superman” is set to arrive online this Wednesday.

The news was announced via a billboard in New York’s Times Square this morning, with the Superman logo present along with “New Trailer Wednesday” written underneath.

In addition, a new 30-second TV spot has been released tying the film with dog treat maker Milk-Bone. The clip offers fun shots like Mr. Terrific playing with Krypto, and the pooch lying on top of his owner in his old childhood bedroom.

The new film will follow Superman as he looks to reconcile his Kryptonian heritage with his human upbringing, guided by human kindness in a world that sees kindness as old-fashioned.

“Superman” stars David Corenswet as Clark Kent/The Man of Steel, Rachel Brosnahan as Lois Lane, Nicholas Hoult as Lex Luthor, Isabel Merced as Hawkgirl, Nathan Fillion as Green Lantern Guy Gardner, Edi Gathegi as Mr. Terrific, Anthony Carrigan as Metamorpho, and Milly Alcock as Supergirl.

“Superman” is set to fly into cinemas on July 11th.
