Nourished by Time announces new album: hear “Max Potential”

Nourished by Time has announced his second album, The Passionate Ones, which will be out August 22 via XL. Marcus Brown made the album in Baltimore, London, and NYC and he says, “The Passionate Ones understand the difference between work and exploitation. Work is not inherently evil. Work gives us art. The Passionate Ones can’t bring themselves to mock prayer. The Passionate Ones are neither democrats nor republicans.”

The first single is the anthemic “Max Potential.” You can watch the video, which Brown directed, below.
