Munich Airport has a new attraction since early May: the officially licensed LEGO Store has opened its doors in Terminal 2, behind security control in the Schengen Area. Spanning approximately 140 square meters of retail space, the colorful LEGO world invites travelers of all ages to explore, marvel and shop – whether on the way to a family vacation or between business meetings.
“We are very excited about expanding our premium shopping range at Munich Airport. With a focus on LEGO Formula 1, motorsport enthusiasts and LEGO fans alike are invited to make a pit stop in Terminal 2. The new location is much more than a traditional store – it is an interactive experience that encourages travelers of all generations to discover, enjoy and get involved. From building customized minifigures to creative play at the LEGO play table, to discovering exclusive collectibles, this store offers an immersive brand experience for both young and old.
The LEGO selection at Munich Airport
The product range includes around 340 different items – mfrom practical souvenirs to iconic collector’s items. Popular product lines are also available, alongside rarities that can only be found in official stores.
A detailed mural of Munich and impressively designed models provide additional opportunities for awe and photography. For frequent flyers and returning travelers, there’s always something new to discover, with monthly changing promotions and exclusive limited-edition releases.
