Loch Lomond Group celebrates Littlemill’s legacy with ‘Echoes of the Past’ travel retail-exclusive range

Loch Lomond Group has introduced Littlemill ‘Echoes of the Past’, a travel retail-exclusive single malt Scotch whisky collection.
The series allows whisky collectors to witness the maturation of a single cask over three years.
The ‘Echoes of the Past’ collection marks the final chapter of Littlemill, Scotland’s oldest licensed distillery – now lost to history. With only a handful of casks remaining, this range offers a glimpse into the distillery’s legacy.
The last custodians of Littlemill have selected a single oloroso sherry cask for the release, from which just 50 bottles will be drawn annually. As the spirit matures, collectors can follow its evolution through a three-part limited-edition release.
The first release, Littlemill 34 Year Old, will be rolled out at select travel retail locations starting 1 July. Bottled at cask strength (48.5% ABV) in 70cl, the whisky comes in an oak cabinet with curved facets and a stone interior.
A dedicated drawer contains a 50ml miniature and certificate of ownership. Each bottle is individually numbered and presented in an engraved Glencairn glass decanter.
Loch Lomond Group Managing Director – Global Travel Retail Luke Maga said, “Littlemill is a name that holds a revered place in Scotch whisky history.
“With the launch of ‘Echoes of the Past’, we are honoured to play a role in the preserving of Littlemill’s legacy through this exclusive release.
“As we bring this extraordinary whisky to the global travel retail channel – starting with the TFWA Asia Pacific Exhibition & Conference – we look forward to sharing its remarkable story with whisky collectors, enthusiasts and travellers worldwide.”
