Jacquemus Goes Bananas for Jon Gries in New Campaign
Jacquemus has unveiled its next viral campaign and this time the brand is going bananas for The White Lotus star Jon Gries. Gries, who plays the affluent and shady Greg Hunt bares his chest in the new banana-filled campaign. The 67-year-old actor is the star of the French brand's latest tongue-in-cheek campaign. In the new images, Gries is shown casually hanging out on a golf course with various banana-printed pieces from boxers to comfy sweats, slacks and tailored suits. The actor can also be seen leaning on a banana-yellow car and driving around a cart full of bananas. Elsewhere in the campaign Gries playfully sits on a wheelbarrow of tulips holding up a sign that says "I LOVE BANANAS" all while showing off his banana-adorned boxers. The French designer has revealed his obsession with the banana a while back when he sent a printed dress down the runway during his La Croisière show this January. This past weekend, the banana theme hit his newly opened Los Angeles flagship store where guests were greeted with a market stall of bananas and decor to match. Gries appeared at the store opening alongside Cole Sprouse, Daniel Roseberry and more. Take a look at the campaign above.
