"I'm starting to think I am better at being in the closet." Prime Video has revealed the official trailer for a comedy series called Overcompensating, arriving to watch in May this summer season. This fun LGBTQ series follows Benny, a football player, as he struggles to accept his own sexuality in college, finding himself overcompensating as he tries to appear as something he's not. Reminds me of the film we posted a trailer for recently called Riley. The series is created by and also stars actor Benito Skinner, his first time creating & writing a series in addition to appearing in it. "Deeply funny and personal, the show explores the lengths to which we all overcompensate while on the path to finding out who we really are..." Indeed. Also featuring Wally Baram, Mary Beth Barone, Adam DiMarco, and Rish Shah. With guest stars including Lukas Gage, Megan Fox, Bowen Yang, Matt Rogers, James Van Der Beek, & Didi Conn, plus more. This maybe looks a bit too crazy and party-heavy, but it also looks like amsuing, heartfelt fun for anyone to enjoy.
