Fugazi releasing archival shows to streaming services

DC icons Fugazi have long maintained an archive of all of the band’s shows, with nearly 1000 recordings available to fans. Starting in May, they will start making these available via Bandcamp and other streaming services. The first two will be available this Friday, May 2 (also Bandcamp Friday) and they bookend Fugazi’s career: their first show (9/3/87 – Washington, DC) and “their to-date final performance” (11/4/02 – London, UK). Anyone else immediately reading into that wording of ”to-date final”?

More live shows will be uploaded every month through the rest of 2025. Don’t worry, the Fugazi Live Series on Dischord Records’ website — which includes show recordings, notes, flyers, photos and more — will remain up.
