Beatles biopics will star Paul Mescal, Barry Keoghan, Joseph Quinn, and Harris Dickinson
Meet The Beatles… as we’ll see them on the big screen in April 2028.

The core cast of Sam Mendes’ upcoming Beatles biopics was officially been confirmed at Sony’s CinemaCon in Las Vegas last night (3/31). As rumored, Paul Mescal will play Paul McCartney, Harris Dickinson will play John Lennon, and Barry Keoghan will play Ringo Starr, but George Harrison will be portrayed by Joseph Quinn (not Charlie Rowe, contrary to the initial rumor). There will be four films, one about each member, and they’re set to come out in April 2028.
In addition to starring in Aftersun, Normal People, and more, Paul Mescal has ties to the music world, having starred in a music video from his ex Phoebe Bridgers. Barry Keoghan also has a famous musician ex (Sabrina Carpenter) and he starred in a Fontaines D.C. video, in addition to very famously dancing naked to Sophie Ellis Bextor’s “Murder on the Dancefloor” in Saltburn. Joseph Quinn shredded Metallica’s “Enter Sandman” as Enddie Munson in Stranger Things, and then actually jammed with Metallica.
