Yandel, Estevie & More: Vote for the Best New Latin Music This Week
Which release do you think is the best?

This week, Billboard’s New Music Latin roundup and playlist — curated by Billboard Latin and Billboard Español editors — features fresh new music, including albums by Yandel (Sinfónico) and Eladio Carrión (DON KBRN).
Plus, rising salsa stars Luis Figueroa and Christian Alicea team up for “Si Llamas,” marking their first collaboration and a nod to their commitment to keep fueling salsa’s newfound global appeal. Produced by Motiff, the track blends traditional salsa rhythms with Latin urban tones. Meanwhile, Pipe Bueno joins forces with Majo Aguilar and Mariachi Sol de México in a tribute to Carlos Vives. Their version of Vives’ 2013 “Bailar Contigo,” a cumbia-rock classic, is interlaced with vibrant mariachi guitars and lively trumpets. The cover is the first single from Bueno’s upcoming EP, Homenaje a Carlos Vives.
Elsewhere, Mexican-American singer Estevie unleashes “Un Error,” an infectious cumbia co-produced by the artist herself alongside Ulises Lozano, Ernesto Fernández and Frankie XY. Yandel’s riveting 29-track Sinfónico re-imagines some of the hitmaker’s reggaetón anthems — like “Abusadora,” “Mayor Que Yo” and “Rakata” — powered by a symphony orchestra. And Eladio Carrión’s DON KBRN includes collabs with Myke Towers (“Vetements”), Peso Pluma (“Tiffany”), Jessie Reyez (“Call My Line”) and Big Sean (“Branzino”), to name a few.
Other new releases this week in our playlist include Hamilton and Nanpa Básico’s “Mi Reina,” Yami Safdie’s “Odio Odiarme” and Polima Westcoast’s “Como Antes,” among others.
