Global communications company, Viasat, in collaboration with Aircraft Interiors Expo (AIX), has announced the ‘Harmony in Leadership: Navigating Vision, Values, and Impact’ luncheon panel discussion, celebrating the pivotal role of women in shaping the future of aviation.
The event will take place on Wednesday 9th April 2025, from 12:30-13:30 in the Chicago Suite, A-Halls, at the Hamburg Messe. Held during the second day of AIX, the world’s leading event for airlines and the aircraft interiors supply chain, this panel will convene four influential female leaders to explore the intersection of vision, values, and impact within the aviation sector.
The esteemed panellists are Michelle Munoz Talcott, VP Marketing Viasat Commercial Services, who will moderate the discussion; Kara Nishida, Director of Customer Experience & Design for Inflight Entertainment and Connectivity at Delta Air Lines; Mervi Moldakainen, Director, Technical Procurement at Finnair; and Suzanne d’Arnault, Director, Procurement Aircraft and Cabin Services at KLM Royal Dutch Airlines. Attendees will gain valuable insights as these leaders delve into critical industry topics current issues in the boardroom, the challenges faced by the industry, and the pivotal technologies set to transform aviation.
The discussion will focus on how a balance of vision, strong values, and impactful strategies are essential for navigating the complexities of modern aviation. Participants will also engage in networking opportunities while enjoying a buffet lunch. This event is open to all AIX badge holders, but pre-registration is essential due to limited capacity.
Archana Dharni, Event Director of AIX, said “Once again, we are excited to partner with Viasat to host this crucial conversation at AIX 2025. This panel will not only showcase the remarkable contributions of women in aviation leadership, but also seek to inspire a collaborative approach to driving innovation and positive change within the industry. Just like the rest of AIX, we aim to highlight diverse perspectives, we aim to encourage a more inclusive and forward-thinking aviation sector.”
Aircraft Interiors Expo (AIX) will take place in Halls B1-B7 at the Hamburg Messe, Germany, from 8-10 April 2025. To register for the Viasat Luncheon, please follow this link: https://event.viasat.com/AIX-WiA-Panel-2025.
