Only Murders in the Building
Two-time Oscar winner Christoph Waltz has joined the cast of the fifth season of “Only Murders in the Building” in a recurring role. He marks the second addition for the new season following the previously announced Keegan-Michael Key.

The Twilight World
Celebrated filmmaker Werner Herzog will make his animation debut with “The Twilight World” based on his best selling novel of the same name. Herzog will narrate film and co-wrote the screenplay with Michael Arias and Luca Vitale.
The true story tale follows Hiroo Onoda, a Japanese intelligence officer who refused to believe that World War II was over and continued to fight a personal, fictitious war in the jungles of the Philippines for thirty years. Production aims to commence early 2026. [Source: Variety]
Lanterns
Sherman Augustus (“Stranger Things”) and J. Alphonse Nicholson (“P-Valley”) are set for two versions of the same recurring role in HBO’s drama series “Lanterns” based on the Green Lantern DC comic. The pair are set to join Kyle Chandler, Aaron Pierre, Kelly MacDonald, Poorna Jagannathan, Ulrich Thomsen and Jason Ritter in the currently filming series.
Augustus will play John Senior, who is father to John Stewart (Pierre) and the human embodiment of ‘stubborn’. He also fixated on the choices not taken. Nicholson will play the younger version of John Senior. The show follows new recruit John Stewart (Pierre) and Lantern legend Hal Jordan (Chandler), two intergalactic cops drawn into a dark, Earth-based mystery in the American heartland. Assassin’s Creed Shadows
The end credits of “Assassin’s Creed Shadows” are reportedly two hours long, easily eclipsing the most obvious long game end credits known previously – “Red Dead Redemption 2” at 34 minutes.
