All Nippon Airways (ANA) and Hopper Technology Solutions (HTS) – a Gold Sponsor of the co-located APEX FTE EMEA and APEX FTE Ancillary & Retailing events, Dublin, 10-12 June 2025 – have begun sales of ANA international tickets using New Distribution Capability (NDC). Hopper is a global travel platform which powers its consumer mobile application, website and its partners’ direct channels via their B2B division, HTS. ANA’s NDC platform is powered by OpenJaw Technologies, and its contents are delivered via Travelfusion. This marks the first time ANA will conduct sales using NDC in the United States.

“We are excited to achieve this new milestone with Hopper,” said Sawako Oda, Vice President of ANA The Americas, Marketing & Sales. “As ANA’s first NDC partner in the US, Hopper will help us to continue to enhance travel experiences for our customers.”

Hopper and its HTS partners will have full access to ANA’s content, fares and ancillaries, including the best available published prices. In addition to booking and issuing ANA airline tickets, customers will be able to handle basic changes in their reservations and refunds via Hopper.

Hopper’s consumer application is the third largest online travel agencyin North America with over 120 million downloads. Its B2B division, HTS, supercharges partners’ direct channels with world-class travel products and now accounts for three-quarters of the Hopper business.

“Hopper and HTS have been at the forefront of NDC partnerships in the industry, and we continue to push innovation forward for the benefit of our customers and partners,” said Raegan Armstrong, VP of Global Airline Partnerships, Hopper. “This NDC partnership with ANA is an important step in our mission to provide the best experience for travellers globally.”

ANA will continue to enhance the NDC platform to make international flight ticket reservations and purchases easier and more convenient for a wider range of customers.
