Sleepy Hallow to Perform New Single in ‘The Hallow Heist,’ a Concert Created in Fortnite
Sony Immersive Music Studios (Sony IMS), a division dedicated to bridging music and gaming, produced the April 18th limited-time event.

Brooklyn rapper Sleepy Hallow has announced “The Hallow Heist,” an immersive concert event in Fortnite, developed in partnership with Sony Music and his label, RCA Records.
Premiering on April 18, the event will take place on a custom island tailored to Sleepy Hallow’s artistic vision. Described as an “exploration and battle within [Sleepy’s] creative subconscious,” players will navigate distinct visual styles and interactive elements while the rapper’s avatar performs five songs, including his new single “Girls Like Girls” and his 2021 hit “2055,” which is nearing a billion streams on Spotify.
Produced by Sony Immersive Music Studios (Sony IMS), the event showcases how artists can create unique virtual worlds to engage gaming-first audiences. Sony IMS leveraged cutting-edge creator tools to build the world and avatar in “The Hallow Heist,” which is not sponsored or administered by Fortnite developer Epic Games.
“The Hallow Heist” follows Sleepy Hallow’s recent success with his viral hit “Anxiety” featuring Doechii, which peaked at No. 45 on the Billboard Hot 100. His strong 2024 included the release of his LP ‘Read This When You Wake Up,’ featuring tracks with Babyface Ray, Jay Bezzy, and others. Sleepy Hallow’s catalog includes several RIAA certifications, such as the triple platinum single “2055” and the platinum “Deep End Freestyle” featuring Foushee. Other notable tracks like “Molly” and “Breaking Bad” featuring Sheff G, and the album Still Sleep? have achieved Gold status.
“Much of my fans know my love for gaming, so I’m excited to merge two passions of mine, all-in-one universe,” said Sleepy, born Tegan Chambers. “The fans are going to go up when they experience my music in the Fortnite universe.”
