ANDREW BIRD ‘THE MYSTERIOUS PRODUCTION OF EGGS’ SHOWS WITH AN ORCHESTRA

Andrew Bird’s Andrew Bird & the Mysterious Production of Eggs turned 20 in February, and to celebrate he’ll be playing it in full, backed by an orchestra this fall in Atlanta, Austin, Portland, Seattle, and Denver.

WILCO

Wilco will be on tour starting next week, and they’ve just added a lot more dates to the end of the run this summer. The new shows begin on August 5 in Philadelphia and include stops in Pittsburgh, Cleveland, Chicago, Kansas City, Denver, Vancouver, Calgary and more.

THE STRUTS

British hard rockers The Struts are celebrating their 10th anniversary this year with a tour that now includes North American dates.

THE DARKNESS

The Darkness say we can “expect glorious spectacles of foot-stomping, guitar-wailing and face-melting, high-octane joy” on their upcoming North American tour.

JUDAS PRIEST / ALICE COOPER / CORROSION OF CONFORMITY

Judas Priest and Alice Cooper have announced a fall co-headline tour that also features special guests Corrosion of Conformity. Dates kick off September 16 in Biloxi, MS.

ICE CUBE

”Truth to Power is more than a tour — it’s a 40-year celebration,” Ice Cube says of his first North American headlining tour in 10 years.

NEWPORT JAZZ FESTIVAL

The 2025 edition of Newport Jazz Fest has Janelle Monáe, The Roots, De La Soul, Cymande, Jorja Smith, and lots more.

EVERYTHING BUT THE GIRL

Everything But the Girl (Ben Watt and Tracey Thorn) played their first shows together in 25 years at London’s MOTH Club a little more than a week ago and now they’ve announced more shows at the same tiny London venue on June 8-10.

10CC

British art pop greats 10cc will be back in the US this August and September, including shows in Phoenix, Vegas, Napa, Columbus, Chicago, Detroit, Tarrytown, DC, and more.

ALL THINGS GO DC

Multi-city festival All Things Go is expanding to three days for this year, and they’ve announced their 2025 lineup for the DC-area/Baltimore edition, which includes Doechii, Lucy Dacus, Clairo, Kesha, Faye Webster, more.

GLŌM FEST

GLŌM FEST, the touring “underground music festival bringing dark sounds to the West Coast,” will have single-day West Coast editions in September in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Portland, and Vancouver with a lineup of The Awakening, The Cemetary Girlz, Black Angel, Aeon Sable, Dark Chisme, and The Royal Ritual. XPONENTIAL FESTIVAL 2025

The 2025 edition of Philly-area radio station WXPN’s XPoNential Music Festival happens September 19-21 on the Camden Waterfront with War, Sharon Van Etten & The Attachment Theory, Courtney Barnett, Molly Tuttle, Soccer Mommy, Richard Thompson, Craig Finn, Tune-Yards, Preservation Hall Jazz Band and more.

SLED ISLAND 2025

The 2025 edition of Canadian fest Sled Island happens June 18-22 at venues all over downtown Calgary, AB. Otoboke Beaver are this year’s curators and the lineup of over 150 acts include Yaya Bey, TOPS, Tropical Fuck Storm, Zola Jesus, Horse Jumper of Love, Xiu Xiu, Baths, Mary Lattimore, Snooper, Makaya McCraven, The Mummies, PYPY, Bibi Club, and lots more.

ZZ TOP

Texas boogie rock greats ZZ Top have added more dates to their Elevation Tour, with new stops in the West, Midwest, and the south. All dates are here.

ELSEWHERE ROOFTOP

Brooklyn club Elsewhere begins its Rooftop series in May and they’ve just added 30 new shows to the schedule, including Ducks Ltd (part of their tour), DJ Sarah Bonito (Kero Kero Bonito), Fievel is Glauque, Phantom Planet, Titus Andronicus, Bonny Doon, Ron Gallo, and more.
