La Dolce Vita bathroom collection by Roberto Palomba for Ideal Standard

Dezeen Showroom: taking its name from the Italian expression celebrating the pleasures of the everyday, the La Dolce Vita bathroom collection was designed by Roberto Palomba for Ideal Standard to elevate daily rituals.

The La Dolce Vita collection encompasses ceramic sinks, bathtubs, toilets and bidets – each providing a sculptural feature in the bathroom.

The gloss-white pieces feature sensual, curved design elements combined with fine, tapered shapes that give the feeling of classic porcelain.

At the same time, La Dolce Vita delivers surprise and intrigue, with asymmetric forms in the vanity basins and a pronounced out-turned lip on the vessel basins and tub.

"La Dolce Vita captures the essence of Italian lifestyle," said Ideal Standard. "Embrace endless possibilities as you step into a space where every moment is infused with joy, where life is a celebration of all its vibrant colours and exquisite pleasures."
