Kevin James and Christina Ricci Kick Ass in Fun New Trailer for Action Comedy GUNS UP

A fun new trailer has been released for the action comedy Guns Up, starring Kevin James (King of Queens, Grown Ups) as a family man by day and mob enforcer by night, as well as Christina Ricci (Now and Then, Yellowjackets) as his wife, who has some enforcement genes of her own, as well as Luis Guzmán, Francis Cronin, Kelly Landry, and Rob Gough. The film is written and directed by Australian filmmaker Edward Drake (Animals, American Siege, Gasoline Alley, Detective Knight), and the synopsis reads:“Police officer Ray Hayes wants to provide his family with a better life than what a regular cop can afford. So he switches sides and begins working as a debt collector & thug for organized crime. He and his wife Audrey plan to use the money they earn to open their own diner.“Five years later, this plan seems within reach, and Ray is planning his exit. After a new gangster boss, Lonny, takes over, Ray becomes a target of his own men after a job goes wrong. Ray and Audrey must protect their unsuspecting children from the mafia.”This looks like fun, at least seeing James and Ricci in the lead roles. The film is set to debut in several European countries this summer, and has not yet been given a US release date. Stay tuned for updates, and check out the trailer for Guns Up below:
