InterContinental Berlin Club Lounge Closed July 21 – August 26, 2025

A LoyaltyLobby reader forwarded us an email that they had received from InterContinental Berlin and their Club InterContinental closure for the European summer holiday period.

The Club InterContinental at the InterContinental Berlin is closed between July 21 and August 26, 2025.

It is unclear if InterContinental Berlin offers club benefits at open F&B outlets or if they decide not to honor Club level bookings and those members with an Annual Lounge Pass.

Royal Ambassador members are eligible for daily F&B credit in case that lounge is closed:

Club InterContinental lounge access or alternate Club experience (Royal Ambassador only)

A Restaurant & Bar or Spa credit of up to USD100 per night, not to exceed the Club InterContinental upgrade supplement value.

This same hotel recently decided not to honor the Annual Lounge Pass for a specific period this month:

Conclusion

InterContinental Berlin shouldn’t have trouble offering lounge access benefits at open F&B outlets. Doing anything else is basically showing a middle finger for Club Access eligible guests, whether paid or based on the Annual Lounge Pass.

Royal Ambassador members are somewhat saved from this mess, as they are eligible for a daily $100 F&B credit.
