Rakuten announced on the official page promoting the Nijisanji NBA promotion and merchandise that English branch Vtuber Reimu Endou is no longer part of it. No explanation appeared for her sudden removal from the collection. However, the company did also promise a general update on the items and art. It confirmed that another person will be pulled in to replace her. “We regret to inform you that Reimu Endou, Nijisanji EN, who was scheduled to be a part of this collaboration, will no longer be participating in it. We sincerely apologize to all the fans who were looking forward to her participation. Details regarding the replacement streamer will be announced later. As for the second and third phases of this collaboration, detailed information is scheduled to be released in April. We deeply apologize once again for the change in participating streamers. We kindly ask for your continued support for this collaboration.
