The APAC New & Newly Renovated Hotels Opening Promotion (the “Promotion”) is valid only for selected bookings for stays at newly opened and newly renovated participating IHG® branded hotels and resorts in Southeast Asia, Korea, Japan, Australasia and South Pacific Islands (the “Participating Hotels”) from the Opening Date of the Hotel up to six (6) months from the Opening Date of each Participating Hotel using the Best Available Rates inclusive of “”Best Flexible Rate””, “”Best Flexible Rate with Breakfast””, “”Book Early and Save”” and “”Book Early and Save with Breakfast”” during the Booking Dates.
The Promotion offers the hotel’s best available rate which is a variable, unrestricted, non-qualified, non-discount rate and IHG One Rewards members will be eligible to receive an additional 10% discount on bookings made directly through IHG channels. Specific dates when the Promotion is available may vary at Participating Hotels and availability will be specified at the time of booking. Rates are per room, per night for up to two adults sharing a room and are subject to availability during the Stay Dates. Chosen rate may include breakfast for one or two guests sharing a room, depending on the chosen rate. Six Senses® Hotels, Resorts & Spas hotels are not included in this Promotion.
Promotion is valid at Participating Hotels which open under an IHG brand and is valid for a period up to six (6) months from the Opening/Re-opening date of each Participating Hotel. Opening Dates of Participating Hotels in this Promotion will vary – see details of the Opening Date and the expiry date of this Promotion on the booking page of each Participating Hotel. Promotion is valid for varying length of stay with a minimum length of stay of 1 night. Some Participating Hotels may require a longer minimum length of stay and that will be specified at time of booking. Bookings must be made at least three (3) days in advance of arrival at the hotel. The Book Early and Save rate is non-refundable, with full prepayment for the entire stay is due at the time of booking. No refunds if cancelled or changed. Once a reservation is confirmed, your credit card will be charged between time of booking and say of arrival for the total amount shown, regardless of whether or not the reservation is used.

The Promotion offer is not valid in conjunction with any other offer, discount or promotion. At Holiday Inn, Kids 12 years and under stay for free sharing parent’s guest room in existing bedding and eat free from the all-day dining restaurant with an accompanying paying adult guest.
