Home Is Where share new countrified song “Milk & Diesel” off upcoming LP

Home Is Where have shared the second single from their anticipated third album, Hunting Season, and like lead single “Migration Patterns,” new song “Milk & Diesel” finds the post-emo band embracing swampy country rock.

“This was inspired by my grandparents both getting diagnosed with dementia at the same time. It’s about how helpless you feel watching someone you love deteriorate,” says singer Bea MacDonald. It comes with a Texas Smith-directed, black-and-white, silent film-inspired video that follows the hunter protagonist from the “Migration Patterns” video into a southern diner, where she encounters Elvis impersonators (also a theme on this album) and creepy monsters.
