The Peabody Awards revealed their 2025 honorees this morning, and the winner’s list included some expected titles and a surprise omission or two. “Shogun” and “Baby Reindeer” were a given; Julio Torres’ “Fantasmas” was not. Then again, the recent Peabody Awards committee also recognized the superior “Los Espookys,” so perhaps Torres has a fan or two among the voters.
