Biggest ‘Vampire Survivors’ Free Update Ever Now Available With “Emerald Diorama” Expansion and “The Coop” Update [Trailer]

Poncle has surprised Vampire Survivors players with not one but two free content drops for the game. Coinciding with snagging a BAFTA last week, Vampire Survivors has the new Emerald Diorama expansion, along with a free main game update about chickens called “The Coop”, and 2 new Adventures, one for the main game and one for the Tides of Foscari DLC.

Available now on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store, the Emerald Diorama expansion brings over 12 new characters from Square Enix’s hit SaGa franchise to Vampire Survivors. The expansion also features 16+ new weapons, 9 new music tracks, a new stage, and a character-specific ability to summon up a squad that will fight independently with their own weapons in a defensive cross formation.

In addition, when a SaGa character reaches critical HP, they will gain the ability to fight back from the brink with a Showstopper: a brief burst of bonus Might, decreased Cooldown, and a little extra Luck.

As for The Coop, it brings with it a new stage (The Coop), a new relic, new characters (read: chickens), a new weapon and new Darkana.

If that’s not enough Vampire Survivors for you, fans can also look forward to the official lore book written by Paul Davies. The 176-page hardback book will arrive on October 21 from Titan Books, and can be pre-ordered here.
