Wes Craven’s ‘The Serpent and the Rainbow’ Soundtrack Comes to Vinyl for Record Store Day

If you’re hitting up your local music shop for Record Store Day next weekend, keep an eye out for Wes Craven‘s The Serpent and the Rainbow.

It will be available in participating record stores beginning April 12 before releasing online on April 13 at 8am ET from Varese Sarabande.

Composed by Brad Fiedel (The Terminator, Terminator 2, Fright Night), this marks the vinyl debut of the film mixes of the score.

The 2xLP album is pressed on “Voudou Blue” colored wax, limited to 1,800. It’s packaged in a gatefold jacket featuring liner notes by film music specialist Randall D. Larson.
