Watch Swedish hardcore band Xiao’s intense new “Wrong” video

Swedish hardcore/powerviolence band Xiao recently announced that they’ll be following a couple promising EPs with their debut album, Control, on May 2 via Twelve Gauge, and every song we’ve heard from it so far has been great. We’re now premiering new single “Wrong” and its Sean Christiansen-created video, and it’s yet another great one. Here’s what vocalist Emelie Johannesson tells us about it:

This one is for the neurodivergent freaks that don’t fit in anywhere, but aren’t considered sick enough to get help (i.e. they’re not homeless or half-dead yet). Those who are doomed to live in that grey zone, at the corners of social settings, maybe poor and barely getting by, turned away from psychiatric help.
