Turnstile Say ‘Never’ On First Album In Four Years
The project will be released June 6 by Roadrunner.

Turnstile splatter their hard-charging rock sound with synths on “Never Enough,” the first single from their new album of the same name. The project will be released June 6 by Roadrunner; a video for the title cut directed by band members Brendan Yates and Pat McCrory is out now.
The album was produced by Yates and recorded both in the band’s Baltimore home base and Los Angeles. It’s the follow-up to 2021’s Mike Elizondo-produced GLOW ON, which was nominated for four Grammys.

“This record to me is like if you put a kid in the sandbox — they’re gonna play,” bassist Franz Lyons previously told SPIN of GLOW ON. “When we went to work with [Elizondo], he had all kinds of analog everything, so you can interpret a bass line or anything else with unlimited sounds. With that amount of resources. of course you’ll have a bold new adventure.”
Ahead of what’s expected to be a more comprehensive tour, Turnstile will be back on stage for a handful of international festival appearances this summer and fall, beginning June 7 at Primavera Sound in Barcelona. The group’s only U.S. appearance at the moment is Oct. 3 at the Aftershock festival in Sacramento, Ca.
