The Sound of Animals Fighting announce fall tour w/ This Will Destroy You, The Casket Lottery & more

Experimental post-hardcore supergroup The Sound of Animals Fighting (featuring Anthony Green, members of RX Bandits and more) returned in 2022 with Apeshit, their first EP in 14 years, and now they’ve announced a fall tour. These will be their first shows since 2023, and they’ve lined up some killer support from This Will Destroy You and The Casket Lottery, plus Hard Chiller and Soft Blue Shimmer joining them for select shows. The tour includes an NYC show at Webster Hall on October 5, which is with This Will Destroy You, The Casket Lottery, and Soft Blue Shimmer. Tickets are on sale now.

Jeremy Galindo’s version of This Will Destroy You (the post-rock greats recently split into two bands) will also be celebrating 20 years of their 2006 debut album Young Mountain on tour in June. The Casket Lottery, meanwhile, recently signed to Iodine and say they have a new album on the way this year. Stay tuned.
