Morgan Wallen, Post Malone Announce New Song, ‘I Ain’t Comin’ Back’: Here’s When It Arrives
The pair's previous collab "I Had Some Help" topped the Hot 100.

Could Morgan Wallen and Post Malone have hot summer song up their sleeves, repeating the success of last year’s “I Had Some Help”? Possibly! The two announced Tuesday (April 15) that they are set to release a new song titled “I Ain’t Comin’ Back” on Friday (April 18).
Last year, “I Had Some Help” topped the all-genre Billboard Hot 100 for six weeks. The track, included on Post Malone’s F-1 Trillion album, also garnered Grammy nominations for best country song and best country duo/group performance.
The new release comes as Wallen gears up for the release of his May 16 album, I’m the Problem, which features the previously released songs “Lies Lies Lies,” “Just in Case” and “Love Somebody,” among other tracks. He also previously noted that the upcoming album will have a duet with a female artist, though Wallen has kept mum on just who the artist might be.
Meanwhile, as Post Malone geared up to perform at Coachella’s first weekend, he told Billboard that he’s working on his own new project, saying that he’s already made two trips to Nashville to work on it, revealing he has “made probably 35 songs — it’s just a matter of which ones rock, and which ones sock.”
He also noted of his jaunts down to Nashville to hang out with writers and artists such as ERNEST, HARDY and others, “We just have fun. We just sit and f—ing talk and make songs. And so I’m pretty excited for the new record already.”
