Vin Diesel Teases Groot, Riddick 4 & More Films

In a long post on Instagram, actor/producer Vin Diesel has teased multiple projects he says he’s working on or are in development right now. How many of these will actually make it to fruition… we’ll see.

Amongst the titles teased in his post are a film that will see his MCU character Groot return to his home planet, a “The Last Witch Hunter” sequel which he had a meeting with Lionsgate about on Monday.

He also teases the fourth “Riddick” which began filming in August last year, but further updates on filming have been non-existent so the status of that production is unclear.

Also teased were a fourth “xXx,” and Mattel’s “Rock ‘em Sock ‘em Robots” movie that he dubs the “testosterone-male answer to Barbie”.

He also cited his plans to direct a New York-based film based on the classic Telly Savalas-led crime drama TV series “Kojak”. There’s also Universal’s “Fast X2” which aims to shoot in LA this Summer.

Diesel has previously talked about wanting to make a Groot-related project but Marvel Studios has not officially announced anything.
