Shinsegae Duty Free opens pioneering dual-gender Celine boutique at Incheon Airport

SOUTH KOREA. Shinsegae Duty Free has unveiled a Celine boutique at Incheon International Airport Terminal 2, which the retailer says marks a milestone for the brand and the Korean duty-free industry.

The boutique is the French fashion brand’s first dual-gender store in a Korean duty-free location, offering a comprehensive selection of men’s and women’s collections in a single, elegantly designed space.

“The boutique showcases Celine’s distinct creative identity, blending refined French aesthetics with contemporary luxury,” Shinsegae Duty Free said.

“The men’s collection – renowned for its French rock chic sensibility, timeless sophistication, and street-inspired edge – has gained global acclaim and is now available to Korean duty-free customers for the first time.

“The boutique also debuts Celine’s women’s footwear line within Korea’s duty-free sector. Celebrated for its minimalist silhouettes and impeccable craftsmanship, the footwear collection perfectly complements the brand’s modern yet classic appeal.”

“The boutique’s design is a testament to the synergy between Celine’s brand vision and Shinsegae Duty Free’s expertise in premium retail environments,” the retailer said.

A harmonious blend of white marble and natural wood sets a calm and sophisticated tone, while gold-finished details lend a luxurious touch. Natural stone, oak, brass, and antique gold mirrors further enrich the space, creating a warm yet structured atmosphere through material contrast.

The experience is enhanced by the inclusion of the Celine Art Project, a signature element of the brand’s global flagship stores.

The Incheon boutique features curated works by pioneering Korean sculptor Yoonsin Kim and Mexican artist Tania Pérez Córdova, adding a cultural and artistic depth that aligns with Celine’s creative DNA.
